6.1 Game Results

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. If the dealer's decision cannot be obtained due to a technical reason, the wagered amount will be frozen until further instructions are received.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled the wagered amount will be refunded. Payouts are processed after the match result is confirmed. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or ICC events, the official result of the relevant tournament applies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
